We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to maintain the safety and organisation of our premises. The ideal candidate will possess experience in overseeing facilities within commercial premises.
Duties
Manage the cleaning team who operate in the building, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Manage all health and safety protocols diligently to minimise risks within the premises.
Take appropriate management actions as needed, when security team escalate issues
Lead communication across the tenants on site, ensuring H&S, fire & all regulations are followed
Take the lead on ensuring any workmen on site follow protocols
Manage waste disposal and ensure all bins are emptied regularly.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and stationery as needed.
Conduct minor maintenance tasks or report repairs required to appropriate personnel.
Assist with organising storage areas to optimise space utilisation and safety.
Skills
Proven experience in facilities management is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Good communication skills for liaising with team members and reporting issues promptly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. This position is suitable for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean and well-organised environments, contributing positively to the overall appearance and safety of our facilities.

Pay: From 18,315.00 per year
