We're on the lookout for a hands-on hero to keep our building in tip-top shape. If you're the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a freshly cleaned carpet, a perfectly painted wall, and bins that are always out on time--this might just be your calling.

What You'll Be Doing

Keeping communal areas clean, tidy, and welcoming Performing weekly / monthly health & safety checks (fire alarms, emergency lights, AOVs) Deep cleaning, carpet machine cleaning, and window cleaning Painting and general handyman tasks Maintaining a spotless bin store and managing council waste collection schedules Following a structured weekly routine while staying proactive and organised Keeping an up-to-date inventory of cleaning supplies and products and completing quarterly stock checks. Completing additional maintenance tasks as and when required by the Building Manager

What You'll Bring

Solid experience in health & safety procedures and a good understanding of safety in the workplace and building safety installations. Confidence with cleaning equipment and handyman tools A knack for routine, structure, and self-motivation Pride in keeping spaces fresh, functional, and safe

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

Commercial cleaning background Handy with repairs, fixes, and odd jobs
