Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team at Heritage Contract Services Ltd. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained. Monitor and manage supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and clients. Assist in setting up and taking down furniture for events or meetings as required. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities. To meet and greet hirers

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or caretaking roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Reliability and flexibility in working hours are essential. Will be required to work outside litter picking and opening /closing of park gates Must feel comfortable working with and around the general public
