Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the upkeep of facilities and ensure that some aspects of our Health & Safety compliance are met.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace. Liaise with contractors, checking documentation and being a point of contact for them Ensuring paperwork and records are kept up to date, both in house and from contractors

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance roles Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear communication within the team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
