Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team at Gainsborough Adventure Playground in Gainsborough. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and maintenance of our facilities, contributing significantly to our mission of providing a safe and enjoyable environment for children and their families.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the playground facilities. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment. Provide excellent customer service to families visiting the playground. Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. Support leadership in organizing community events at the playground. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for children and families.

Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance or caretaking roles. Strong English communication skills. Supervising experience, particularly with children, is preferred. Customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and collaboration.
