Caring Sen Tutors Needed Across Essex
Job Description
We are looking for compassionate, patient tutors who enjoy helping children thrive. Many of our pupils have additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH difficulties or learning delays, and they benefit greatly from calm, structured support.
Tutors are required for face-to-face sessions in Maths, English and Science, with flexible hours from 2 to 40 per week.
Pay: 25.00-35.00 DOE
This role suits someone who:
Enjoys one-to-one or small-group support
Can provide warmth, stability and consistency
Understands the importance of emotional safety
Wants to help young people rebuild confidence
