2nd Fix Carpenters

to join our dynamic team for prestigious projects in Regents Park, offering an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Second Fix Carpentry

: Execute precise installation of high-specification materials, including premium oak, for elements such as bespoke doors, skirting boards, architraves, window frames, and custom joinery.

High-Quality Finishing

: Deliver impeccable finishes that meet the exacting standards of luxury residential clients, ensuring every detail reflects superior craftsmanship.

Site Collaboration

: Work closely with site managers, other trades, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of carpentry work within project timelines and specifications.

Material Handling

: Safely and efficiently work with high-value materials, maintaining their quality and appearance throughout the installation process.

Problem-Solving

: Address on-site challenges with precision and creativity to uphold the project's aesthetic and functional requirements.
Essential Requirements:

Qualifications

: Fully qualified carpenter with a recognized trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery.

Experience

: Demonstrable experience in 2nd fix carpentry on high-end residential projects or comparable luxury developments, with a portfolio showcasing work with premium materials like oak.

Craftsmanship

: Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to produce flawless finishes to the highest industry standards.

Tools

: Must own a comprehensive set of professional-grade tools suitable for high-spec 2nd fix work, including but not limited to chisels, planes, saws, and precision measuring equipment.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with site managers, colleagues, and clients, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements.

Professionalism

: Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining project schedules while adhering to health and safety regulations.

: Right to work in the UK and ability to provide references from previous employers.
