DC Carpentry & Joinery Ltd are looking for time served, experienced Carpenters.
The successful applicant would be expected to -
Adhere to the company's H&S Policies and quality procedures.
Work alongside current employees and on their own.
Work in social housing and commercial premises/offices.
The work entails, but is not limited to the following -
2nd fix carpentry to a high standard and general 1st fix.
A chance to install bespoke, one off joinery items
Installation of kitchens, including disabled facilities.
Office refurbishment/Refits.
Installation and maintenance of Fire doors. Training and assessment will be provided if the successful applicant hasn't had formal training on fire door installation. Some knowledge or experience would be beneficial.
The Ideal candidate would have the following attributes and qualifications -
NVQ Level 3 or C&G advanced craft preferable, but all applicants will be considered.
A minimum of 4 years' experience, but all applicants will be considered.
Some knowledge of other skills desirable.
Enthusiastic and sociable.
Will need to be reliable and punctual.
Have good communication skills.
Be able to work alone on occasion and organise themselves as required.
Show initiative and have a willingness to learn.
Work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
A clean driving license or very few endorsements.
All work is within the South Wales area, no travelling required.
Plenty of overtime.
Rate dependant on experience and ability.

Pay: 29,000.00-31,000.00 per year
