Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter to join our team, specializing in a broad range of construction, carpentry,. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in various aspects of construction, and installation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Duties

Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction and renovation tasks. Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and fabrication techniques for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinetry, siding, roofing components, and moldings. Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and tile laying as required. Handle heavy lifting safely to move materials or equipment around the job site. Apply caulking, stucco finishes, plastering techniques, and construction painting to achieve high-quality results. Install electrical components or plumbing fixtures in compliance with safety standards when necessary. Assist with remodeling projects involving flooring installation, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, or fixture installation. Follow safety protocols at all times on the construction site to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction site work. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and schematics reading. Strong background in various trades such as woodworking, Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently. Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for complex projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements. Prior experience in remodeling or renovation projects involving cabinetry installation or door hanging is advantageous. Valid certifications related to construction safety or specific trades are preferred but not mandatory. Pay: 25.10-26.10 per hour
