We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated carpenter to join an exclusive, super prime residential project in the prestigious area of Sunningdale, Berkshire.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a luxury property where craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail are paramount. The primary focus of the role will be the installation and finishing of joists and flooring (floor plates), ensuring the highest standards of quality for a discerning client.

Key Responsibilities

:

Installing and finishing joists and flooring to exact specifications Working with premium materials to achieve a flawless, high-end finish Collaborating closely with other skilled tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery Adhering to strict timelines while maintaining exceptional quality standards Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site

Requirements

:

Extensive experience in carpentry, particularly in joist and flooring installations Proven ability to deliver work to super prime or luxury residential standards Strong knowledge of working with high-quality materials and finishes Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail Own tools and transport are highly desirable Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications Professional attitude and ability to work effectively within a team Immediate availability to start work
