Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry and construction, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and tools. This role involves working on super prime high end residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Assemble and install furniture, cabinets, and other wooden items. Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Perform joinery tasks, ensuring precision in fitting parts together. Conduct masonry work as required for specific projects. Carry out roofing tasks, including the installation of roof structures and coverings. Execute painting duties as part of finishing work on completed projects. Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to specifications. Lift heavy materials as needed while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in the use of power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders. Strong ability to use hand tools for detailed work. Knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous for integrated projects. Experience with heavy lifting techniques to handle materials safely. Familiarity with joinery methods for creating strong connections between components. Understanding of masonry principles for structural integrity where applicable. Capability to perform roofing tasks with attention to detail regarding weatherproofing. Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during construction.
