Job Summary
We are looking for a Carpenter to work in the North Devon area to start in January 2026.
PAYE and self-employed candidates will be considered.
Company pension after a successful probation period (PAYE).
Experience and Duties
NVQ 2/3 in Carpentry in addition to wide ranging carpentry experience. Experience in first fix, second fix, roofing (trussed and cut), historic properties and new-build construction. Experience in other trades is desirable. Excellent attention to detail whilst having the ability to understand timescales and wider project priorities. Driving licence and own transport. Company vehicles may be considered following a successful period a service. Applicants will have their own tools. Ability to follow instructions when required but also to take the initiative and lead when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
