Brackley Farms Ltd are recruiting looking to recruit for an experienced Carpenter to work on current maintenance projects iin the Northamptonshire

We are actively looking for a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Carpenter to join our team and carry out new works and support ongoing customers.

Applicants should hold carpentry qualifications and have extensive previous experience in the construction industry. You will also be expected to hold a full clean UK driving license and have access to your own transport.

Ideally the start date for this permanent position would be ASAP, but we can be flexible for the right person.

The candidates will:

Be experienced in high spec 1st or/and 2nd Fix Carpentry - essential Blockwork - adventageous Hold a valid CSCS Card - advantageous Have IOSH/SMSTS - advantageous Be able to show experience of working on sites in the carpentry role
You must also have the following skills:

Organised Be able to meet deadlines Be efficient Have strong communication skills An approachable, polite manner Work as part of a team to support the common goal
Job Type: Full-time. Self employed contractors will be considered.

Due to the nature of working primarily within the agricultural construction sector, training will be provided to ensure that you meet national asbestos awareness and removal requirements.

Salary is competitive

Holidays - 31 days per year (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
