Are you a qualified carpenter with at least three years' relevant experience?

Smith & Brenson Construction and Maintenance Ltd (Bristol, BS16) seek an experienced and competent carpenter to work on varied, high-quality commercial projects across the South West on a permanent, employed basis (self-employed considered to begin with).

Much of our work is in the education sector, undertaking repair and remodelling projects large and small, along with insurance repair works on properties of all ages. We also work with local government and emergency services, NHS and private healthcare facilities, as well as heritage, culture, and hospitality.

Carpentry qualification desirable. Ability to work in a small team and alone, using initiative to successfully complete projects you are involved in . Full driving licence essential. Use of company van for work purposes (permanent employees only). Uniform and PPE provided. Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS criminal record check and references essential.
