Carpenters & Dry Liners - West Midlands
Position: Carpenters & Dry Liners
Location: Commercial Sites - West Midlands
Rate: 21 - 23 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 45-50 hours per week (Full-Time)
Type: Temporary Ongoing Work
Payment: CIS Scheme / Self-Employed Basis (UTR number required)
We are currently recruiting skilled Carpenters and Dry Liners for ongoing temporary work on commercial sites across the West Midlands. Experience in modular building projects is highly desirable.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience on commercial construction sites
Preferable experience working on modular buildings
Valid CSCS card
Relevant trade qualifications/certifications
Up-to-date Health & Safety training
Own tools and PPE
Able to commit to 45-50 hours per week on site
UTR number required - work is under the CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) on a self-employed basis
