Carpenter

to help us deliver high-quality repairs and improvements to our properties.


??? What You'll Be Doing:

Carrying out

1st and 2nd fix carpentry

, repairs, and installations to a high standard. Working on a variety of tasks including kitchens, doors, flooring, fencing, roofing, and more. Delivering

first-time fixes

and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues. Supporting and contributing to a positive team culture. Maintain your van stock and ensure tools and equipment are safe and ready to go. Participating in our emergency call-out rota

? What We're Looking For:

Relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent evidenced experience A clean, current driving licence. A team player with great communication and customer service skills. Someone who takes pride in their work and finishes jobs to a high standard.

?? Desirable Extras:

Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent Experience working in social housing or with mobile repairs software
