We're looking for a skilled

Carpenter

to join our team, carrying out

repairs and maintenance

works across

social housing properties

in and around

Hackney

.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

Day-to-day

carpentry repairs and maintenance

in occupied and void properties Door repairs and replacements, locks, frames, and ironmongery Kitchen repairs, units, worktops, and basic joinery Minor multi-trade tasks where required Working professionally in resident-facing environments Completing job reports and updates accurately

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a

Carpenter

, ideally within social housing Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads Good customer service and communication skills Full UK driving licence Reliable, professional, and quality-focused
