Job Description

Working developing old properties in Norwich and some work in Wells-next-the-Sea. Must be a trained carpenter, ideally with other skills, plastering/ tiling/ painting/ plumbing/ kitchen fitting etc would be advantageous. Lots of the properties we work with are listed, so a good knowledge of heritage materials is also required. Exceptional eye for detail, as we work to a very high standard. Can be on an employed or self- employed basis, and wages will be reflective of work status. Ideal candidate will be able to work independently and communicate well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
