We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, including carpentry, drywall, roofing, general building and restoration industry experience. This role involves working on diverse projects such as remodeling, repairs, new construction. The will be responsible for executing tasks with precision and efficiency while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities

Perform construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation to accurately execute project plans Execute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and drywall installation with precision. Operate hand tools and power tools Handle heavy lifting and material transportation across job sites while maintaining safety protocol. Collaborate with team members on-site to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements

Proven experience in construction site work with skills in carpentry (including trim and framing), masonry. Knowledge of reading architectural plans and schematic interpretation for various construction tasks Proficiency with hand tools, power tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required Strong understanding of safety protocols within the construction and restoration industries Ability to follow detailed instructions from schematics or blueprints accurately Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship Valid construction site experience with familiarity in remodeling or renovation projects preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
