You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry and joinery tasks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including doors, frames, skirting, flooring, and partitions.
Complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks across occupied and void properties.
Assist with fitting kitchens, windows, and other bespoke joinery as required.
Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety regulations.
Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent qualification).
Proven experience in carpentry within housing, maintenance, or construction environments.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Own tools and PPE (company tools provided after permanent placement).
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
