About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and reliable

Carpenter

to join a dynamic residential renovation project in London. The property is currently being stripped out and fully refitted, offering a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a high-quality transformation.

You'll be working alongside a professional team, tackling a variety of tasks across trades to ensure the project runs smoothly and meets its design and build goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake and manage strip-out and demolition works safely and responsibly. Perform high-quality first fix, second fix, and structural carpentry tasks. Support other trades on site and carry out basic multi-trade duties, including plastering repairs, screed repairs, minor electrical work, and basic plumbing. Assist specialist trades when required and understand their specific needs. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations. Work well as part of a team and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude. Use initiative to solve problems independently when necessary. Report progress and any issues promptly to the site manager.

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry, including first and second fix work. Basic skills in other trades are desirable (e.g., plastering, screeding, electrics, plumbing). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to health and safety.
