Wells Carpentry and Construction is currently searching for a
Carpenter
to join the team working across various projects across Kent and the South East.
You'll be joining an established construction company who provide thoughtful design and professional property development services. On offer is a full time, permanent position with a highly competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
The Carpenter role
You'll be involved in various projects such as new build contracts ranging from one off new builds to site work of 20+ houses. The carpentry works for these projects include joist work, cut and pitch roofing, external cladding, stud work, window boards, door lining/doors, all second fix and kitchen fitting.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 7.30-4.30. Overtime will be available when business needs require.
What we're looking for in our Carpenter
Valid CSCS Card
1st and 2nd fix tools
UK driving licence
Public liability insurance (if self employed)
Demonstrable experience in multi skilled carpentry
Own van (Potential of company van)

Joinery: 3 years (preferred)
