Carpenter / Multi Skilled Engineer
Job Description
Ascent Property Services provide reactive maintenance services throughout London and the M25 area. We work for a range of clients in both privately owned residential properties and commercial businesses.
We are looking to recruit a talented and versatile Multi Skilled operative to undertake making good/reactive maintenance works across a range of trades predominantly in central London and surrounding Counties.
You will be working in privately owned properties and developments carrying out day to day repairs that cover a wide range of trades. The work undertaken is different from day to day and the ability to adapt, solve problems and interact with customers will be key.
We will provide a van, fuel card, uniform and are looking for at least 3 years previous experience in a similar role. You must be prepared to undertake numerous jobs in a day with a significant amount of travel in central London.
