Job Description
We are looking for a good Carpenter Multi Trader. It will involve carrying out repairs & maintenance works on domestic properties. You must have experience with 1-2 of the following other trades so either, Minor Plumbing, Tiling, Patch Plastering, Locks, UPVC, windows, Locks, Brickwork, Painting.
Daily responsibilities are:
Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential)
Providing a high level of customer care
Strong Carpentry experience
Benefits for the Multi Trader role:
Temp to Perm - 12 weeks on a temp basis
21 ph - 24 ph
Van and fuel card supplied
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 22.00-24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
