Carpenter/ Multi Trader
The role / responsibilities:
Tasks will include :
Carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, painting
- Loft conversions, Extensions, Refurbishments, Kitchens, Bathrooms
- You will be required to have a range of skills and can turn your hand at general building work, kitchens, bathroom, full refurbishments on residential projects
You need to have an adaptable approach and be able to work as part of a team but equally be competent to take on a task and see it through to completion when working alone.
Skills:
The ability to work in an organised and tidy manner.
The ability to maintain a safe working environment.
The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of the team.
A UK Driving licence would be preferred.
A hands-on approach in all situations is necessary.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm
Day rate : up to 180.00 / day, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
