Millennium Building Contractors are recruiting an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Carpenter for a permanent, full-time position.
The role involves carpentry and maintenance work on void (empty) properties across the Caerphilly County Borough Council area, including the Rhymney Valley to Caerphilly. This is local work only, ideal for someone looking for stability and long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
First and second fix carpentry
General carpentry repairs and maintenance
Working on void properties and social housing stock
Internal and external carpentry works
Working independently and as part of a small team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter or Multi-Skilled Carpenter
Experience in repairs, maintenance, or void properties preferred
Ability to read and follow job specifications
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Own basic carpentry tools required
