We are a high-end construction company based in North London, specialising in projects within the local area. We currently have one position available for a skilled
carpenter
who meets the following criteria:Requirements
Minimum of 6
years' experience
in carpentry (preferably more). Own tools and a vehicle (ideally a van
). Strong work ethic:reliable, punctual, and respectful
--as most of our work takes place in clients' homes. Ability to contribute togeneral building works
when needed.What We're Looking For

is compulsory. The quality of work will be assessed during a paid trial day, and if it doesn't meet our standards, the trial will not progress further.Skills Required
Be able to pitch roofs and confidently complete all carpentry works for a loft conversion Confidently perform
1st and 2nd fix carpentry
, including: Fitting doors with precise 3mm gaps on three sides. Installing skirtings (with scribed corners) and architraves. Executing flat roofs ready for roofing. Additional skills such as building internal cupboards and fitting kitchens are abig plus

Self-employed
position (CIS registration required). Invoice weekly (tax will be deducted).Full-time role
.Pay:
