The Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team.
The role will involve a variety of carpentry tasks with a strong focus on fire door installation, maintenance, and remedial works.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair fire doors in line with safety and compliance standards.
Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, and team members.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Carpenter (fire door experience highly desirable).
NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) preferred.
Knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance (training can be provided).
Full UK driving licence and own tools.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Must be CIS registered.
Driving license and own transport with tools.
Competitive rates of pay (based on experience)
