Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete carpentry tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications. Perform joinery work with precision to ensure high-quality finishes. Assist with roofing tasks as needed, ensuring safety and structural integrity. Engage in heavy lifting and moving materials as required for various projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in property maintenance or construction. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and drawings accurately. Familiarity with electrical work is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various conditions.
