About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Second Fix Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-quality interior finishing and be confident installing doors, skirting, architraves, stair components and other second fix elements. You will play a key role in delivering top-class workmanship on a variety of projects
Key Responsibilities:
Install internal doors, frames, and ironmongery
Fit skirting boards, architraves, and dado rails
Construct and install built-in furniture, shelving, and cupboards
Carry out finishing carpentry to a high standard
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a second fix carpenter
Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
Ability to read plans and technical drawings
Good communication and teamwork skills
Own tools and PPE (preferred)
CSCS card (if required)
