We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team . The applicant must be experienced in loft conversion projects, ensuring that each job meets our standards of excellence and contributes to our mission of delivering outstanding home transformations.
Responsibilities
Perform carpentry work for our loft conversions, including construction of Dormers, Hip to Gable Walls, Roofing, installation of Velux windows, RSJ's, installation of staircases, 1st/2nd fix carpentry etc.
Read Architectural drawings and build accordingly.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Carpenter in loft conversions.
Strong knowledge carpentry skills.
Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.
Physical stamina and strength for heavy lifting tasks.
