Carpenter / Joiner - First & Second Fix (Mainly First Fix)

220 - 250 per day (depending on experience and quality of work)

We're currently looking for a reliable and experienced

Carpenter/Joiner

to join a large-scale renovation project in

Soho

. This is an ongoing role with solid, long-term work available for the right person.

The job is primarily

first fix

, with elements of second fix work as the project progresses. You'll be working on internal timber framing, staircases, door sets, window installs, and other structural carpentry on a high-end refurb. The site is well organised, and we're looking for tradespeople who take pride in their work, communicate well, and can work from drawings independently.

You'll need a valid CSCS card, full set of tools, and full PPE. We'll also be asking for references to confirm the quality of your work -- we're only after experienced chippies who know what they're doing and can deliver to a high standard.

Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturdays depending on progress.

Parking is available

on or near site, which is a big bonus for Central London.

Pay is between

220 and 250 per day

, based on experience and quality of work.
