19 January 2026We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to work on social housing void properties in Hackney. This is fast-paced work requiring efficiency and a consistently good finish.
Scope of Works
1st and 2nd fix carpentry Door sets, skirting, architraves Kitchens and minor remedial works Void property refurbishments Muck in with the other trades where needed
Requirements
Proven experience in social housing voids Ability to work at speed without compromising quality Own tools and vehicle UTR number Proof of address Eligible to work on a Self employed CIS basis Fluent English speaking
What We Offer
Up to 200 per day Parking paid for One year of continuous work Direct engagement with us, no agency
