We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves a wide range of tasks across various projects, including carpentry, remodeling, restoration, and installation work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related trades, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently on diverse job sites. Responsibilities

Perform construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation to accurately execute project plans Carry out trim carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and door hanging with precision Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively Install fixtures, siding, stucco, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and roofing components as required Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, plastering, and water damage restoration tasks Engage in plumbing and electrical work when necessary, adhering to safety standards Execute caulking, painting, remodeling projects, mold remediation, and water damage restoration activities Assist with heavy lifting and material handling on-site to ensure project efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for various construction tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience

Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry, remodeling, or restoration industries Familiarity with construction estimating processes and blueprint reading is preferred Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques Background in roofing, siding installation, drywall finishing, flooring installation or tile laying is advantageous Knowledge of rebar installation, masonry work or metal stud framing is a plus Experience in water damage restoration or mold remediation is beneficial Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings related to construction projects Previous maintenance person experience or electrical/plumbing background will be considered an asset
This position requires a dedicated individual capable of working independently or as part of a team across multiple types of construction projects. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability to different tasks within the industry while maintaining high safety standards.
