Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Carpenter. This role involves a variety of tasks related to building and maintenance, requiring proficiency in multiple areas of construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, and the use of both hand and power tools. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble various structures and components as per project specifications. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for construction tasks. Perform carpentry and joinery work, ensuring high-quality finishes. Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of projects. Participate in team efforts to complete projects on time while maintaining a safe working environment. Lift heavy materials as required throughout various stages of construction.

Skills

Proficient in fabrication and assembly techniques. Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools usage. Experience in carpentry and joinery practices. Capability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Must have a good work ethic, attitude and be able to work easily with others.

This will be primarily first fix carpentry for now. There is around 9-10 months work on this job for the right candidates.
