Summary

We are seeking a skilled carpenter who can act as a working foreman to join our team in East Allington TQ9. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our ongoing projects and play a key part in ensuring their successful delivery, aligning with our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Carpentry works to a good standard whilst acting as site foreman. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Manage resources efficiently, optimizing team performance. Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare lists of materials needed to undertake all works. Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role. Time served carpenter. Strong leadership and supervisory skills are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
