Carpenter/Joiner (Building Craftsperson) - Suffolk



Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) are looking for a skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join our existing multi-disciplinary professional maintenance team in providing a safe environment for all service users, staff and visitors across our Suffolk sites being based at Ipswich .

The successful candidate would be flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident in being part of a team that provides a comprehensive maintenance service in a unique and varied environment.

Duties & Responsibilities Associated with this role:

To provide a comprehensive service to include all aspects of planned and routine maintenance



To repair and maintain a wide range of building components on site



Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation



Fault finding and diagnosis



Routine inspections to ensure our estate is safe and fully compliant
