Duties

Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications. Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, and installation of doors and windows. Execute joinery work with precision, ensuring all joints are secure and aesthetically pleasing. Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials safely on-site. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

Candidates should have previous experience in joinery or a related field, showcasing the following skills:

Proficiency in fabrication and assembly techniques. Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction. Experience with roofing systems and carpentry practices. Experience in all aspects of carpentry works. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks is essential.
