We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in joinery and carpentry, with the ability to work with various hand and power tools. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling wooden structures and fixtures, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including doors, windows, and furniture. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete joinery tasks. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction. Perform masonry work as required for specific projects. Carry out painting and finishing tasks to enhance the appearance of completed work. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and organised workspace throughout the duration of projects. Requirements

Proven experience in joinery or carpentry is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of masonry techniques is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients.
