The Role
Exciting opportunities have arisen to join the factory team in our new Redditch factory for Factory Operatives with Carpentry skills to NVQ level 2
Role responsibility
Your responsibilities will include:
Operate machinery in a safe manner, adhering to health and safety regulations
Use company documentation and systems to produce required timber engineered components
Organise cut timber efficiently to maintain production needs
Every operative is in charge of keeping their area tidy following environmental guide lines
Assist in all areas of production as required
Complete any relevant training needs for core skills, within own role and multi-skilling
Hourly rate dependant on experience and bonus.
Rate will be dependant of experience.
You may be asked to wear a mask in the manufacturing of our product where you may be asked to be clean shaven.
Forklift and Driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
Attention to detail and be able to follow instruction essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.24-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
