About the Role:

L Lynch Plant & Haulage is looking for experienced

Carpenters

with strong

1st and 2nd fix skills

to join our team on a live project in

Ware, Hertfordshire

. You'll be responsible for a variety of carpentry tasks, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out 1st fix carpentry including structural framing, joists, and partitions. Complete 2nd fix works such as doors, skirting, architraves, and detailed finishes. Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble timber and materials accurately. Collaborate with other trades to meet project deadlines. Maintain site safety standards and a tidy work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Carpenter

with both 1st and 2nd fix experience. Skilled in general site carpentry, fitting, and finishing works. Valid

CSCS Card

(Skilled Worker). Own tools and PPE. Full UK driving licence and reliable transport. Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
