Phoenix Property Maintenance Limited
Are seeking Multi Skilled Trades Personnel how are skilled and experienced in the building industry and someone who takes great pride in the quality of their work. This is a full-time permanent position to cover our long-term schedule of contracts in the insurance industry. We offer competitive rates of pay.
About us : Phoenix is a company that as been growing since 2016 which is family run business, which specialize in insurance repairs. Phoenix are looking to expand our team.
The ideal candidate will have : -
Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship
Reactive Maintenance experience
Kitchen fitting
Fitting of all flooring types
Fitting doors and frames
Basic plumbing
Be positive in their approach to work
Be punctual at all times
An ability to work on own initiative
Good communicator
