Carpenter / Site Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a carpenter with a good all-round knowledge of the building trade and experience in management to join our team.

You will be responsible and required to price works, coordinate materials and labour, also fill any gaps working on the tool as required and taking the role of site manager should be within your skillset.

The candidate should have at least 15 years' experience in construction and have your own tools.

You will be required to hold a full driving licence and live locally to the Wellington/Taunton/ Somerset / Devon area.

The position available is permanent full-time Monday - Friday 0700 - 1700 hrs approximately, with some Saturday work during the summer and busy times.

Pay will depend on your experience and qualifications.

Full driving licence. Computer literate. Good English, written & verbal required. Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
