Multi Trader (Social Housing) - Temp to Perm

38,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our client's Property Services team, working across occupied and void social housing properties in the North London area. This is a temp-to-perm position offering long-term stability, a competitive salary, and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties Complete high-quality carpentry and plumbing tasks (core essential trades) Perform additional trade skills including: Plastering Tiling Painting & decorating Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Ensure all work is completed safely, to standard, and in line with company procedures Maintain accurate job records using company systems Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied homes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative Background in social housing repairs or property maintenance Strong skills in carpentry and plumbing (essential) Competence in plastering, tiling, and painting Full, clean UK Driving Licence Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Good communication and customer service skills
