Job Title: Carpenter/Multi Trader - Temp to Perm

Area: Horndean

Pay: 18.50 p/h

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

Nuco Solutions is looking for an experienced social housing Carpenter/Multi Trader to work on their properties in Horndean and surrounding areas of Hampshire. Van and fuel card provided.

Duties will include:

Carpentry Plumbing Plastering Tiling Floor laying Kitchen and Bathroom fitting Painting and decorating

Requirements:

Strong Carpentry skills Wide variety of trades experience Social housing experience NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry is desired but not essential Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets Full UK Driving Licence Demonstrate knowledge of company values and behaviours
