At Lancer Scott we are delighted to support some of the UK's leading providers of hospitality with the maintenance of commercial properties across the region stretching from Swindon to Reading and down to Basingstoke. We're looking for a Carpenter Multi responsible for the delivery of carpentry maintenance repairs/installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work.

As the successful candidate you will provide a high-quality fault fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites , you'll be great team player carrying out both planned and reactive work in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.

A core trade in Carpentry achieved by either a formal qualification or qualified by experience. Good general multi-skilled abilities. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently. Hold a full, valid UK driving licence. Similar experience / background within facilities management supporting commercial clients.

As part of the team, you will receive:

Essential for role:

You'll have a trade qualification, NVQ or equivalent, or proven time served experience. You'll be able to identify solutions to repairs proactively and specify materials required for your trade. You'll need to be comfortable using IT, as your work will be shared via a PDA. You'll be working with a variety of people and customers with different needs, so you will be a clear communicator and confident in managing expectations. We will supply a company vehicle to get you around, so you'll need a full, UK driving licence.
