Following a strong pipeline of secured work, we are now seeking a

Working Foreman

to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a

Carpenter by trade

who is ready to take the next step in their career -- leading site activities while remaining hands-on when required.

Assistant Site Manager

and ultimately

Site Manager

, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to transition away from the tools and develop into management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Support and guide subcontractors and direct labour. Remain hands-on where necessary to drive progress and maintain high-quality workmanship. Assist with site coordination, organisation, and communication with stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

Qualified

Carpenter

with strong practical and finishing skills. Excellent eye for detail and commitment to high standards. Strong organisational and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and deliver against deadlines.

Desirable (but not essential)

SSSTS or SMSTS

certification.

First Aid

certification.
