Responsibilities

Perform thorough carpet and upholstery cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and setup for each appointment. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working order before each job. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a cleaning or service industry. Good command of English for effective communication with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers.
