Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive to various job locations. Experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.

Duties

Operate carpet cleaning equipment and machinery effectively and safely. Assess the condition of carpets and determine the appropriate cleaning methods. Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing any questions or concerns during the cleaning process. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas. Drive to various locations as required for job assignments. Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid driving licence is required for this position. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
