We are seeking a talented and passionate Carvery Chef to join our busy but fun-loving team.
The job requires split shifts over four days, with Fridays and Saturdays ( and one additional week day off). Successful applicant will have and demonstrate good people skills as this is a customer focused role
.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and time- management. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience with freshly prepared local ingredients. Your leadership skills will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and service excellence.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Manage inventory control to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen and front of house staff to accommodate special dietary needs.
Monitor food production processes to maintain consistency and quality standards.
Skills
Proven experience in culinary roles within the food industry.
Knowledge of inventory management practices and food handling regulations.
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to hospitality excellence.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
